Item must be returned in re-stockable condition with tags attatched.
We will accept returns that are in re-stockable condition with tags attached within 7 days of receiving your shipment. You must contact us at Support@OneHotMamaLingerie.com for all returns. You will not be reimbursed for shipping charges.
By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. These returned items are given a biological test before a credit is issued.
Defective merchandise will be replaced if possible. If not, a refund will be issued.
Please be careful when ordering sizes and refer to the Sizing Help when ordering bras, panties, corsets, etc. If you must request an exchange, you will be charged additional shipping.
